Onboarding:

• Register to create an account in this portal using the following link.
• Attend an online Onboarding session.
• We will approve your account within 48 hours of completing these steps. If you are awaiting approval, please contact us at scheduling@hispa.org

Preparing:

• Complete your profile on the portal, including a brief biography and headshot photo.
• Review and e-Sign the HISPA Role Model Code of Conduct.
• Prepare and submit your HISPA Role Model Presentation.

Note: During this stage, session registration is not available. However, HISPA staff can place a hold on a session by contacting us at scheduling@hispa.org.

Presenting

• Review the calendar on the HISPA Portal for opportunities and sign up to present at a date and a location that works for you. Sometimes in person, sometimes virtually!
• Share your story with students and celebrate your amazing contribution to our future!
